A 40,000 sq ft pre-engineered shed going up through the rainy season. We supervised every critical stage so the owner never had to take the contractor’s word for it.
The challenge
Pulse had good drawings and a fast contractor — a combination where quality usually loses. Anchor bolts were being set without templates, and the store yard improvised daily.
The owner needed independent eyes: stage-wise inspections, photo reports, and a punch list strict enough that the shed would stand plumb for decades.

The rule was simple — no pour, no lift and no torque without an inspection sign-off. We checked templates and levels before every foundation, witnessed bolt torquing bay by bay, and closed each visit with a photo report the contractor had to action before the next stage.

The shed was handed over with deflections within tolerance and a closed punch list — the owner’s first project with zero post-handover structural complaints. Says head Sofia Marchetti: the supervision finally gave Pulse “a shed we never worry about.”
